Located in state of Negeri Sembilan , Gunung Datuk Rembau ,884 meter, is situated at the end of Titiwangsa Mountain Range. It takes only 2 to 3 hour time comfortably to reach the summit. Besides lowland forest, the special attractions at summit is the strong wind at times & big granite stone on the summit for trekkers to clamber on for a good view of Rembau district and if weather permitting, thin line view of Straits of Melaka.
This will be a moderate trek and suitable for members of reasonable fitness. Members are advised to be suitably attired for the trek. Flip-flops are not recommended. Please load in your daypack with at least the following necessities for the trek, i.e. minimum 2 litre drinking water, trail food, basic first aid kit, torchlite & waterproof all your rain sensitive gear/equipment in plastic bags/ziplock bags. A set of spare clothings to be kept in the car is highly recommended.
